Registration for the 2025 Camp 3 Engineering Obligation Ceremony (“Iron Ring Ceremony”) is open until February 12th at midnight. Late applications will not be accepted.

This year’s ceremony

The 2025 Camp 3 Engineering Obligation Ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 23rd at the Queen’s University Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC), 284 Earl Street. This will also mark the 100th anniversary of the first Ceremony. Full details are on the registration page and in our FAQ.

Senior Candidate Applications

Senior Candidate applications for the 2025 Engineering Obligation Ceremony are now closed. Late applications will not be accepted.

Engineering Obligation Ceremony 2024

On 24 March 2024 over 800 engineers took the Obligation and received their Iron Ring at Camp 3 Kingston. This was the first year that the Camp 3 ceremonies were fully open to family and friends of the newly-obligated Engineers, and we were delighted to have such a large number of them present.
