Obligated Engineers may order rings to replace those that have been lost, damaged, or that no longer fit. Any rings that are no longer required are to be returned to the Camp at the address shown below.
Our web order system is being redeveloped and we are not currently able to accept orders for replacement Iron Rings via credit card; however, the Camp will accept requests for replacement rings by email. If you wish to order a ring, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- full name at time of obligation,
- obligation year and camp,
- mailing address,
- phone number, and
- ring size (see below).
If you are eligible for a replacement ring, you will be asked to pay $31.50 for the ring via an Interac e-transfer money request. When we receive your funds we will send your ring.
Alternatively, you can send a cheque or money order for $31.50 made out to The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer along with the above information, to
Iron Ring Camp 3 Box 1273, Stn. Main Kingston, Ontario K7L 4Y8 CANADA
If you are only able to pay by credit card, please contact one of the other Camps.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
It is important that your ring fit correctly, so please ensure you know the correct size prior to ordering a replacement!
Measure the little finger of your working hand. The ring should fit snugly but not uncomfortably tight and you must be able to get it over your knuckles without difficulty. We have rings available in full and half sizes from size 1 to 14, plus some quarter sizes for smaller rings.
The best way to find your ring size is using a ring sizer, which are available at most jewelry stores and other stores that sell rings. If you can’t get to a jewelry store, you can use a printable ring sizer, like this one.
